Check-in/Check-out:
Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out time is up to 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required in advance. A refund is available with 10 days notice of cancellation, less a $20 handling fee.

Damage Policy:
Please note that people staying long term and using the facilities of Mulberry House will be subject to repair costs should property damage be incurred and that it is expected that rooms will be kept in relatively good order.
